Percona is glad to announce the release of Percona XtraBackup 2.4.18 on December 16, 2019. Downloads are available from our download site and from apt and yum repositories.

All Percona software is open-source and free.

Bugs Fixed

Sometime between December 3^rd and December 10^th, a change was introduced in AWS (Amazon Web Services) that caused an incompatibility with our Percona XtraBackup xbcloud utility. Bug fixed PXB-1978.
