Percona ClusterSync for MongoDB (PCSM) is a tool for replicating data from a source MongoDB cluster to a target MongoDB cluster. It enables you to migrate from MongoDB Atlas or MongoDB Enterprise Edition to Percona Server for MongoDB with zero downtime. Check Supported MongoDB deployments.

Percona ClusterSync for MongoDB (PCSM) supports cloning data, replicating changes, and managing collections and indexes.

Tutorials

We recommend installing PCSM via the package manager of your operating system for a convenient and quick way to try the software first. For other installation options, navigate to the corresponding tutorial.

Use the package manager of your operating system to install Percona ClusterSync for MongoDB:

  • apt - for Debian and Ubuntu Linux
  • yum - for Red Hat Enterprise Linux and compatible Linux derivatives

Install from repositories

Run Percona ClusterSync for MongoDB in a Docker container. This is useful when your MongoDB clusters run in Docker or when you want to isolate PCSM in a containerized environment.
