Percona Backup for MongoDB 2.4.0 has been released
Percona Backup for MongoDB 2.4.0 has been released on March 5, 2024.

This release provides the following features and improvements:

Improved cleanup of outdated data. Delete backups of a specific type that you no longer need while keeping other backup types. In addition, verify what exactly will be deleted by using the
--dry-run
flag. -
Ensure point-in-time recovery from large size backups. This is achieved by oplog slicing running in parallel with backup snapshots which in turn prevents gaps in oplog ranges.
